Can I renew SSM online?
Yes. Fill in the details, make payment using online banking, and receive the new certificate by email. Please also check your spam folder.
How much is the renewal cost?
The cost starts from RM120 including service charge. Longer durations provide listed savings, and optional add-ons are shown separately.
Can I register my business online here?
No. One Stop Renew Portal only offers renewal service. Registration services should be handled through the appropriate SSM channel.
My SSM expired more than one year ago. Can I renew?
No. SSM only allows renewal up to a maximum of 12 months after expiry. If it expired more than a year ago, the business may need to be registered again.
Can I renew without paying late compound?
Yes, but any compound may still need to be paid later. Unsettled compound issues can affect future renewals.
What happens if renewal fails?
If the business is over 12 months expired, or if renewal cannot proceed under the stated conditions, a full refund may apply.
I lost my certificate. How do I request a resend?
Email admin@onestop-ssm4u.com.my to request another copy of the certificate renewed through this portal.
Can you print and send a hardcopy certificate?
No. In support of going green, the certificate is delivered as a PDF softcopy by email for you to print if needed.
I paid but did not receive my certificate. What should I check?
Allow up to 24 hours for processing. Check spam, inbox storage, iCloud email settings, and whether the email address submitted was correct. Contact support with Bill ID, business name, and business registration number.
Can I change business address or other information here?
No. This portal only offers renewal service. Changes to business information should be submitted to SSM.
